The only instance in which this may not be necessary is with Classified or Property listing account holder who are empowered to do so by entering into an agreement with Expatsradio when the account is purchased.

13.5 Expatsradio reserves the right to deny any addition or edit which it deems unsuitable or with which it disagrees and it need not give any reason to you for denying additions or edits.

13.8.5 to forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service.
13.8.6 to upload, post, or otherwise transmit any material which is likely to cause harm to Expatsradio or anyone else's computer systems, including but not limited to that which contains any virus, code, worm, data or other files or programs designed to damage or allow unauthorized access to the Service which may cause any defect, error, malfunction or corruption to the Service.

14. Purchases from the Expatsradio Shop or Advertising section.
Any product sold in the Expatsradio shop is sold ‘as is’. Expatsradio can not be held accountable in any way for orders of third party goods which are sold via its website. Any issues with orders or products from third parties must be addressed with those parties directly.
Any problems with advertising or other direct Expatsradio product should be brought to the attention of Expatsradio directly. It will be left to the discretion of Expatsradio whether to resolve an issue or whether to refund any owing funds. In the unlikely case that a simple resolution to any issue cannot be agreed upon, your sole remedy will be for Expatsradio to issue a replacement, refund or issue credit to you or your company.
By purchasing a product or advertising package from Expatsradio you are bound by the terms laid out in the description of that product. The purchasing of an advertising package is seen as a binding contract of service and payment. We agree in full to fulfill any promise or service stated in the package description. You as the client agree to fulfill all financial requirements laid out in said package. Failure to make payment for any reason unless expressly permitted by Expatsradio may result in legal action being taken against you or your company. Several payment options are offered by Expatsradio and for larger amounts installments may be permitted. These installments must be paid on time and in the correct amounts. Failure to make these payments, unless expressly permitted by Expatsradio, may result in legal action being taken against you or your company. Expatsradio reserves the right to dissolve or pause any service at anytime should it feel that the client is being dishonest or should a disagreement arise. If payment for any term is not fully completed Expatsradio is under no obligation to fulfill any aspect of its service to the client. Expatsradio reserves the right to remove all advertising materials and links to said client until the full amount owed is paid. Expatsradio is in no way limited to this action alone and may pursue legal action whilst service has been suspended or ended.
15.Prices and payment
Where possible we like to take payment from your card at the time you purchase your order, we do however allow payment by Paypal, cheque and by Bank transfer. Payment by cheque and Bank transfer are reserved for larger amounts as we will incur changes for processing. Bank transfers and Cheques will also delay the activation of your account as we will not activate until payment has been processed. Accounts paid for by card or Paypal will be instantly active. Your credit details are not held by us directly but are dealt with by Paypal who have one of the best security systems available and extensive anti fraud systems. Please look on the Paypal website if you have any doubts. All card and Paypal transactions are secured with encryption but Expatsradio does not accept any liability should any problems occur as they are through Paypal. Cheques should be made out to Expatsradio Ltd Goods and Bank details will be given upon request. In the event that we are unable to supply goods or a service, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund or credit will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
16.Additional terms
In the event that any portion of these terms and conditions is deemed by a court to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the message boards contained on these Web sites, or the use of these Web sites, must be filed within one year after such claim or cause of action arose.
17. User Guidelines
By choosing to participate in any of the user input methods on Expatsradio, such as the forums or message boards. You agree to the following guidelines:
17.1 The following are not permitted:

* Comments which contain defamatory statements or personal attacks on other participants or companies.
* The posting of personal details of any other person (including phone numbers, real names and email addresses).
* Postings made under another person's name without their consent.
* Commercial advertising without the express permission from Expatsradio.
* Postings containing inflammatory or unlawful material or references.
* Postings containing links to sites or materials which may be unsuitable, unlawful or could be found offensive.

17.2 We encourage you to make the most of our open access and the ability to post your views but please keep in mind it is a community which depends on the goodwill and responsible behavior of its members.
