The olive harvest is in and Terry tells us more about how it is done. Some of the trees are over one thousand years old and they produce excellent oil. The weather is also a topic as you have choices between ice on your cars or being able to spend time on the beach on 1st January!! Not what you might expect from Spain……or is it?
